Our coating processes are both efficient and effective, and we can handle even the most difficult coating needs and offer capabilities that include:
Media Blasting
We now have a 8′ wide x 9′ tall x 16′ deep walk-thru media blast booth (6′ entry). This booth & equipment allows us to provide you an in-house and more comprehensive & expedient finishing service.
Pre-treatment
3-Stage powder wash cleaning process which includes hot water rinsing, alkaline degreasing and zirconium conversion coating.
Powder Coating
Apply a 2-coat layer of powder (Primer + Top Coat). Multiple colors on-hand with sample in the shop for your viewing pleasure. Spray Booth (8H x 10W x 20L)
Cure Oven
Oven dimension (8H x 6W x 20L) for curing
