Powder Coating

Providing professional batch (or manual) electrostatic powder coating for a variety of projects and customers. Powder coating provides environmental advantages with top-notch professional coating performance at a cost that can help increase the look and value of your parts.

Media Blasting

We now have a 8′ wide x 9′ tall x 16′ deep walk-thru media blast booth (6′ entry). This booth & equipment allows us to provide you an in-house and more comprehensive & expedient finishing service. Furthermore, if all you need is to have your item stripped / blasted for liquid painting we can do that as well.

Our Process:

• Cleaning: In-house manual cleaning and etching or contract blasting available as needed for you part / item.
• Powder Coating: Normally apply a 2-coat layer of powder (Primer + Top Coat). Multiple colors on-hand with sample in the shop for your viewing pleasure.
• Curing / Baking: 16′ deep oven for finishing and curing materials.

• Spray Booth (8H x 10W x 20L)
• Oven (8H x 6W x 16L) for curing
